摘 要:目的探讨三维可视化教学法在胰腺外科手术教学中的应用价值。方法选取2019—2020年就读于南昌大学第一附属医院胰腺外科专业的40名研究生为研究对象,随机将其分为传统教学组和三维可视化教学组,各20名。传统教学组开展胰腺外科传统教学,三维可视化教学组在传统教学组的基础上开展三维可视化教学。比较两组的教学方法接受度及教学效果评分。结果三维可视化教学组的教学方法生动有趣程度、直观程度、满意程度评分显著高于传统教学组(P<0.001)。三维可视化教学组的胰腺解剖辨识评分显著高于传统教学组(P<0.001);三维可视化教学组的胰腺手术规划评分显著高于传统教学组(P<0.001)。结论三维可视化教学可充分调动医学生的学习积极性,有助于医学生更好、更快地理解胰腺外科解剖及胰腺手术,在胰腺外科手术教学中有着较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of three-dimensional visualization teaching in pancreatic surgery teaching.Methods Forty graduate students majoring in pancreatic surgery in the first affiliated hospital of Nanchang university from 2019 to 2020 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into traditional teaching group and three-dimensional visualization teaching group,with 20 students in each group.The traditional teaching group carried out traditional teaching of pancreatic surgery,and the three-dimensional visualization teaching group carried out three-dimensional visualization teaching on the basis of the traditional teaching group.The scores of acceptance of teaching methods and teaching effect were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of vividness,interest,intuition and satisfaction degree of teaching methods in the three-dimensional visualization teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.001).The score of pancreatic anatomy identification in the three-dimensional visualization teaching group was significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching group(P<0.001);the score of pancreatic surgery planning in the three-dimensional visualization teaching group was significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching group(P<0.001).Conclusion Three-dimensional visualization teaching can fully mobilize the learning enthusiasm of medical students,help medical students better and faster understand pancreatic surgical anatomy and pancreatic surgery,and has high application value in pancreatic surgery teaching.
