摘 要:目的探讨PBL结合翻转课堂在非麻醉专业实习生气管内插管教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取非麻醉专业实习生60名,按理论成绩升序排列,采用抵消平衡法(1221法)将其分为对照组和观察组,各30名。在气管内插管的实践课中,对照组采用传统授课方式,观察组采用PBL结合翻转课堂的方式。比较两组的理论知识考核成绩、操作考核成绩及插管熟练程度、学习投入时间、教学满意度。结果学习1周后,观察组的理论知识考核成绩、操作考核成绩及插管熟练程度优于对照组(P<0.05);学习6周后,两组的理论知识考核成绩、操作考核成绩均有所降低,插管熟练程度均有所减弱,但观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的课前预习时间及课后1、6周复习时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的讲授方式、内容掌握、互动效果、临床思维、操作实用性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL结合翻转课堂可显著提高非麻醉专业实习生对气管内插管的掌握程度及对教学的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with flipped classroom in endotracheal intubation teaching of non-anesthesia major interns.Methods Sixty non-anesthesia interns were randomly selected and arranged in ascending order of theoretical scores.The interns were divided into control group and observation group by counterbalancing method(1221 method),with 30 interns in each group.In the practice class of endotracheal intubation,the control group used the traditional teaching method,and the observation group used PBL combined with flipped classroom method.The theoretical knowledge assessment result,operation assessment result and intubation proficiency,learning investment time and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 week of learnig,the theoretical knowledge assessment result,operation assessment result and intubation proficiency in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);after 6 weeks of learnig,the theoretical knowledge assessment result,operation assessment result in the two groups decreased,and the intubation proficiency weakened,but those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The preview time before class and the review time at 1 and 6 weeks after class in the observation group were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of teaching method,content mastery,interactive effect,clinical thinking and operation practicability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with flipped classroom can significantly improve the mastery of endotracheal intubation of non-anesthesia major interns and satisfaction with teaching.
