摘 要:藤茶是一种在中国南方地区广泛应用的保健茶和中草药,在民间已有上千年的应用历史,常用于治疗口腔溃疡、咽喉肿痛、感冒发热、湿热黄疸、目赤肿痛、痈肿疮疖等症。本文通过检索中国知网、PubMed、Scifinder等数据库,系统调研相关文献资料,对中药藤茶的化学成分、抗感染作用研究现状进行综述,以期为藤茶的进一步研究和开发提供参考。藤茶中主要含黄酮类、甾体类、萜类、多酚、多糖类等化学成分,具有显著的抗病毒、抗菌、抗炎、调节免疫等抗感染生物活性,可通过直接或间接作用等多种途径达到抑制病原微生物及其引起的病变,具有广阔的开发应用前景。Vine tea(Ampelopsis grossedentata(Hand-Mazz)W.T.Wang),a widely used healthy tea and herbal medicine in Southern China,has been widely used in the treatment of oral ulcer,sore throat,cold fever,damp heat jaundice,red eye swelling and pain,carbuncle,swelling and furuncle.To provide references for the further studies and development of the traditional Chinese medicine Vine Tea(Ampelopsis grossedentata),a systematic literature survey was conducted to summarize the chemical constituents and its anti-infective effects of Vine Tea by retrieving CNKI、PubMed and Scifinder databases.Vine Tea mainly contains flavonoids,steroids,terpenoids,polyphenols,polysaccharides and other chemical components.It has significant anti-infective biological activities such as antiviral,antibacterial,antiinflammatory,and immune regulation.It can inhibit pathogenic microorganism and its pathological changes through direct or indirect actions,which has broad prospects for development and applications.
