摘　　要：在“互联网+”战略的引导下,越来越多的企业通过构建自己的门户网站,来进行企业产品的宣传与推广,Web前端开发人才需求量大。为了缩短高校web前端人才培养与企业岗位需求的差距,也为了更好的将职业能力与1+X证书工作对接。文章对招聘网站上的web前端开发岗位进行了数据分析,进一步了解企业人才需求,以便为计算机相关专业的专业建设以及课程建设提供有力的依据,为学生就业提供保障。Under the guidance of the"Internet+"strategy,more and more enterprises build their own portal websites to c Conduct enterprise product publicity and promotion.The demand for talents for the development of Web front end is great.In order to shorten the gap between the web front end talent cultivation of colleges and universities and the post requirements of enterprises,and to better connect the vocational ability with the work of 1+X certificate.This paper analyzes the data of the web front-end development posts on the recruitment website,and further understands the talent demand of enterprises,so as to provide a strong basis for the professional construction and curriculum construction of computer-related majors and provide guarantee for the employment of students.
