摘　　要：《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》作为健康中国建设的行动纲领,明确提出建立健全卫生计生全行业综合监管体系。医疗卫生社会监督是卫生综合监督体系的重要内容,我国医疗卫生社会监督尚存在诸多不足。通过分析医疗卫生社会监督内涵、主体、意义及现状,从加强制度保障、激发监督主体活力、强化普法教育、强化医学知识普及、畅通监督渠道等方面探讨医疗卫生社会监督机制和发展路径,助推政府主导、医疗卫生机构自我管理、社会广泛参与的综合监管体系建设。The"Healthy China 2030"Planning Outline,as a guideline of action for building healthy China,has clearly proposed to establish and improve a comprehensive supervision system for the health and family planning industry.Medical and health social supervision is an important part of comprehensive health supervision system,which still has many shortcomings.By analyzing the connotation,subject,significance and status of medical and health social supervision,the mechanism and development path of medical and health social supervision were explored from the aspects of strengthening system guarantee,stimulating the vitality of supervision subject,strengthening legal education,intensifying the popularization of medical knowledge and smoothing supervision channels,which can promote the construction of comprehensive supervision system leading by government,with self-management of medical and health institutions and wide participation of the whole society.
