中药学“本硕博”一体化贯通式创新人才培养

摘　　要：根据国家"双一流"学科建设和中药专业人才培养的需求,针对本科、硕士、博士培养分离,学生把大量的精力和时间浪费在考硕、考博上,人才培养纵向层次递进不系统深入、横向交叉前沿不融通活跃,提出并践行了中药学"本硕博"一体化创新人才培养的理念、模式、体系、条件和机制。培养理念是"医药结合、系统中药,实践创新,明理致用",培养模式是"一中心三层次七阶段"本硕博一体化培养,培养体系体现"厚基础、精专业、高素养",依托国家理科基础科学研究与教学人才培养基地、国家重点实验室和国家"双一流"学科的条件,开展了生源选拔与淘汰分流制、名师执教与全程导师制、纵向层次阶段递进制、横向交叉前沿融通制、游学访学论道结合制、本硕博学分累积转换制的教育教学改革,取得明显成效。According to the requirement on the"first-rate universities and disciplines"and cultivation of talents majored in Chinese materia medica,the problems were analyzed and summarized as separation of bachelor from master and doctor cultivation,unreasonable time allocation on preparation of test for master degree and doctoral candidates,not systematically and deeply vertical cultivation system,and not syncretic and actively crosswise cultivation system.Based on which,the idea,mode,system,condition and mechanism of bachelor-master-doctor integrated cultivation of innovative talents majored in Chinese materia medica were put forward.Guided by which,reform on the education and teaching of the major of Chinese materia medica was implemented and obtained significant effects.
