摘 要:为了揭示乡村教师业余生活的现状,促进乡村教师队伍建设,制作《乡村教师业余生活调查问卷》,对川北秦岭地区贫困县乡村教师业余生活状况进行实地调查。研究发现,乡村教师业余生活轻松惬意,但也存在一些问题,如乡村教师业余时间分配不合理;业余生活内容欠丰富,所从事的闲暇休闲类活动的自我提升作用不大;乡村教师业余生活心态存在问题有对于闲暇休闲的认知不足、休闲体验消极、评价不高等。针对这些问题,分别从国家作为、社会协同、学校支持、教师修为等角度提出建议,希望改善乡村教师业余生活,提高其业余生活质量。In order to reveal the current situation of rural teachers'spare-time activities and promote the construction of the rural teaching staff,Questionnaire on Rural Teachers'Spare-Time Activities was designed and a field survey was carried out on spare-time activities of rural teachers in the poor counties of Qinling Mountains in northern Sichuan areas.It is found that the spare-time activities of rural teachers are easy and comfortable,but there are some problems,such as the unreasonable allocation of spare-time activities,the lack of rich content,the little role of leisure activities in rural teachers'self-promotion.Furthermore,there are some problems in the mentality of rural teachers in their spare-time activities including the lack of cognition,negative leisure experience and low evaluation.In view of these problems,suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of the state action,the society coordination,the school support and the teacher training,in hopes of improving the spare-time activities of rural teachers and promote the quality.
