摘　　要：功能安全技术在各种高安全领域广泛应用,解决了电气/电子/可编程电子安全相关系统的功能安全保障理论与实践问题。在核安全级数字化仪控系统(DCS)平台自主化研制过程中,应用功能安全技术,借鉴可实操的最优实践,以促进核安全级DCS产品的设计完善。对功能安全基础标准IEC 61508进行了研究,系统地梳理核电仪控相关标准与功能安全标准之间的关系。在核电标准的框架下,创新性提出了功能安全技术在核安全级仪控系统和睦系统(FirmSys)研制中的应用方案,包括基于定量计算的安全分析技术、自诊断设计技术、安全网络设计技术。实践证明,通过融合功能安全技术,在核安全级DCS平台研制中引入了工业领域最优实践,有效弥补了某些核标准操作性欠缺的不足,提高了产品的安全性和可靠性,并为核安全级DCS平台的SIL认证提供了参考。Functional safety technology has been widely used in various high safety fields and solved the theoretical and practical problems of functional safety guarantee for electrical/electronic/programmable electronic safety related systems.In the process of autonomous development of nuclear safety grade digital control system(DCS)platform,the functional safety technology is applied,and the practical best practice is used for reference to promote the design and perfection of nuclear safety grade DCS products.The basic functional safety standard IEC61508 is studied,and the relationship between relevant standards and functional safety standards of nuclear electrical instrument control is systematically sorted out.Under the framework of nuclear power standard,the application scheme of functional safety technology in the development of FirmSys,including safety analysis technology based on quantitative calculation,self-diagnosis design technology and safety network design technology,was innovatively proposed.The practice has proved that by integrating functional safety technology,the best practice in the industrial field is introduced into the development of nuclear safety DCS platform,which effectively makes up for the lack of operability of some nuclear standards,improves the safety and reliability of products and provides a reference for SIL certification of nuclear safety DCS platform.
