摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学模式相比传统带教方法在手术室护士规范化培训中应用效果的优越性。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月在郑州大学第一附属医院参加手术室规范化培训的专科护士80名作为研究对象,采用简单随机抽样方法将其分为对照组(40例)和实验组(40例)。对照组接受传统教学方法进行带教,实验组接受PBL教学方法进行带教,比较对照组和实验组理论考核成绩和技能考核成绩差异以及教学满意度。结果与对照组相比,实验组技能考核成绩和理论考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组护士的教学满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于传统教学方法,PBL教学方法在手术室护士规范化培训中可提高护士技能和理论成绩,提高教学满意度,具有较高的优越性,值得大力推广。Objective To discuss the superiority of PBL teaching mode compared with traditional teaching methods in standardized training of nurses in operating room.Methods A total of 80 specialist nurses who participated in standardized training in the operating room at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects.A simple random sampling method was used to divide them into a control group(40 cases)and an experimental group(40 cases).The nurses in the control group were trained by traditional teaching method,and the nurses in the experimental group were trained by PBL teaching method.The differences in theoretical assessment and skill assessment results between the control group and the experimental group were compared,as well as the comparison of satisfaction with their respective teaching methods.Results Compared with the control group,the skill assessment scores and theoretical assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nurses in the experimental group had higher teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching methods,PBL teaching method can improve nurses’skills and theoretical performance and teaching satisfaction in standardized training of nurses in operating rooms.It has better advantages and is worthy of vigorous promotion.
