磷酸肌酸钠联合左卡尼汀注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析磷酸肌酸钠联合左卡尼汀注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年7月于该院救治的52例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿,双盲法纳入联合组与参考组(n=26)。参考组应用磷酸肌酸钠治疗,联合组使用磷酸肌酸钠联合左卡尼汀注射液治疗,对比患儿恢复情况。结果治疗后联合组患儿血清脂联素是(41.03±5.19)mg/L,参考组是(32.48±4.52)mg/L,两组差异有统计学意义(t=6.335,P<0.001)。联合组患儿的病情恢复率是96.15%,参考组患儿的病情恢复率是69.23%,联合组病情恢复率较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.837,P=0.027)。治疗后联合组2例患儿出现不良反应,参考组4例患儿出现不良反应,两组患儿不良反应出现率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.188,P=0.664)。结论磷酸肌酸钠联合左卡尼汀注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效较好,可缓解患儿临床指标,提升其治疗有效率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of creatine phosphate sodium combined with L-carnitine injection in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods A total of 52 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected and included in the combined group and reference group(n=26)by double-blind method.The reference group was treated with creatine phosphate sodium,and the combination group was treated with creatine phosphate sodium combined with L-carnitine injection to compare the recovery of the children.Results After treatment,the mean value of serum adiponectin in children in the combination group was(41.03±5.19)mg/L,and the mean value in the reference group was(32.48±4.52)mg/L,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=6.335,P<0.001).The recovery rate of children in the combination group was 96.15%,and the recovery rate of children in the reference group was 69.23%.the recovery rate of the children in the combination group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.837,P=0.027).After treatment,2 children in the combined group had adverse reactions,and 4 children in the reference group had adverse reactions,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.188,P=0.664).Conclusion Creatine phosphate combined with L-carnitine injection is effective in treating neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,which can alleviate the clinical indicators of children and improve the treatment efficiency.
