老年食管癌放化疗结合治疗与单纯放疗治疗的有效性与安全性对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年食管癌患者放化疗结合治疗与单纯放疗治疗的有效性与安全性。方法选取2017年6月—2020年2月该院收治的68例食管癌老年患者作为研究对象,通过随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组患者均为34例。对照组予以单纯放疗治疗,观察组予以放化疗结合治疗,对其治疗后的效果以及安全性进行观察比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率为85.29%,显著高于对照组的61.76%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.836,P=0.028)。治疗期间,观察组出现消化道症状、血小板降低、血红蛋白降低、白细胞降低共6例,总不良反应发生率为17.65%,显著低于对照组的14例,总不良反应发生率41.18%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.533,P=0.033)。结论相较于单纯放疗治疗,放化疗结合治疗可为老年食管癌患者带来更为理想的治疗效果,且治疗安全性高。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy and radiotherapy alone in elderly patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with esophageal cancer admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with radiotherapy alone,and the observation group was treated with combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The effects and safety of the treatment were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 85.29%,which was significantly higher than 61.76%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.836,P=0.028).During the treatment period,there were 6 cases of gastrointestinal symptoms,thrombocytopenia,hemoglobin reduction,and white blood cell reduction in the observation group.The total adverse reaction rate was 17.65%,which was significantly lower than the 14 cases and 41.18%of the total adverse reaction rate in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.533,P=0.033).Conclusion Compared with radiotherapy alone,the combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy can bring more ideal therapeutic effects for elderly patients with esophageal cancer,and the treatment is safe.
