摘 要:生物化学(以下简称生化)是一门在分子水平上研究生命现象及其规律的科学,但正是其看不见、摸不着的分子水平的特点让很多学生在学习的过程中,觉得抽象、复杂、晦涩、难懂,甚至无助,这大大挫伤了他们学习的积极性,也影响了教师的教学效果。因此,作为这门课的任课老师必须想尽一切方法来解决这样的问题,以激发学生学习生化的兴趣。笔者在多年的生化教学实践中,一直尝试用各种手段调动学生的学习兴趣,其中有一招就是进行"演示和互动"。本文结合一些代表性的实例,介绍这些"演示和互动"活动是如何促进生化教学的。希望这些例子可以被同行们直接借用,用于生化教学,以共同提高生物化学的课堂教学水平,最终让学生受益。Biochemistry is a science that studies the phenomena and laws of life at the molecular level.However, it is this unseen and intangible molecular level that makes many students find it abstract, complex,obscure, incomprehensible, and even helpless in the process of learning, which slightly dampens their enthusiasm for learning, and also affects the teaching effect negatively. Therefore, the teachers of this course must try various methods to solve such problems in order to arouse the students’ interest in learning Biochemistry. In many years of biochemical teaching practice, I have been trying all kinds of ways to stimulate students’ learning interests, and one of the tricks is to “demonstrate and interact”. This paper will provide some special examples to introduce how these “demonstration and interaction” activities are expected to promote biochemical teaching. I hope that these examples can be used directly by others for Biochemistry teaching, and jointly improve the teaching level of Biochemistry, and ultimately benefit students.
