摘  要:生物化学是一门极具应用性的医学专业基础课程。该学科理论知识较为抽象且知识点之间关联复杂,在"教"与"学"两个方面都具有一定的难度。如何有效利用常规实验教学,激发学生的好奇心,加深其对相关理论知识的理解,进而解决实际问题一直是教师关注的重点话题。本教学团队在实践中尝试建立定向探索型实验教学模式,打破既有的教学习惯,充分体现以学生为主体的教学理念。在教学中鼓励学生在既定教学内容的框架下主动提出科学问题并通过自主设计/实施相应实验进行探索。这一实验教学模式的应用可更有效地辅助学生实现生物化学理论知识的内化并培养其自主、创新思辨能力,同时也打破了教师长期养成的固化教学形式,切实体现出教学相长的魅力。Biochemistry is an application-oriented discipline in basic medical science. The theoretical knowledge of this subject is relatively abstract and the interrelationship between knowledge points is complex, and it has certain difficulties in both “teaching” and “learning”. How to effectively use conventional experimental teaching to stimulate students’ curiosity, deepen their understanding of relevant theoretical knowledge, and solve practical problems has always been a key issue for teachers. Our team tried to establish a directed inquiry-based teaching model in practice, breaking the existing teaching habits, and fully embodying the teaching concept of taking students as the main body. In teaching, students are encouraged to take the initiative to ask scientific questions within the framework of the established teaching content and explore through independent design/implementation of corresponding experiments. The application of this experimental teaching mode can more effectively assist students to realize the internalization of biochemical theoretical knowledge and cultivate their independent and innovative thinking ability. At the same time, it also breaks the solidified teaching form that teachers have developed for a long time, allowing lecturers to benefit from teaching itself as well as students.
