摘  要:课程思政是立德树人和教师职责的必然要求。在专业课中渗透思政教育可以反哺专业知识教学,有助于实现人才培养目标。生物化学是高校生命科学相关专业的重要专业基础课,在生命科学知识体系的构建中发挥关键作用,该课程中蕴含着丰富的思政元素。本文通过修订教学大纲、梳理知识点、建设在线教学资源等手段,深入挖掘提炼出多方面的思政元素,并将其有机融入我校生物化学课程教学中,对专业课的课程思政教学改革进行了有益的探索。Curriculum ideological and political education is an inevitable requirement for morality education and responsibilities of teachers. Penetrations of ideological and political education in professional courses can refeed the professional knowledge teaching, and help to realize the goal of the cultivation of talents.Biochemistry is an important professional basic course of life science and its related majors. It plays a key role in the construction of life science knowledge system. This course contains rich ideological and political elements.In this paper, we have excavated various ideological and political elements by revising the syllabus, combing knowledge points, and building online teaching resources, then integrated it into the Biochemistry course teaching. It is a useful exploration in the ideological and political teaching reform of professional courses.
