摘　　要：目的分析延迟移动与早期移动对正畸需要拔除双侧前磨牙患者牙龈裂的影响。方法选取新乡医学院第三附属医院口腔科2020年1月至2020年12月收治的60例行正畸治疗的患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采取早期移动,观察组采取延迟移动,6个月后比较两组治疗牙龈裂发生率及生存质量评分差异。结果观察组牙龈裂发生率(40.00%)低于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的生存质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组生存质量评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在正畸需要拔除双侧前磨牙患者中,延迟移动较早期移动更有助于降低牙龈裂发生率,改善患者生存质量。Objective To analyze the effects of delayed movement and early movement on gingival clefts in orthodontic patients requiring extraction of bilateral anterior molars.Methods A total of 60 orthodontic treatment patientsfrom the Department of Stomatology,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group according to random number table methods.The control group was treat with early movement,and the observation group treated with delayed movement.After 6 months,the incidence of cleft gingival treatment and the quality of life scores between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of gingival cleft in the observation group(40.00%)was lower than that in the control group(66.67%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in quality score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,quality of life scores in two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In orthodontic patients who need to extract bilateral premolars,delayed movement is more helpful than early movement to reduce the incidence of gingival clefts and improve their quality of life.
