腭裂术后语音障碍的学龄儿童及成人患者语音训练方法研究

摘　　要：目的分析腭裂术后语音障碍的学龄儿童及成人患者语音训练方法的实施效果。方法将本院于2018年1月至2020年12月接受治疗的腭裂术后语音障碍患者46例作为本次研究对象,分为观察组(语音训练)以及对照组(常规护理),对比分析两组患者在分别采取不同训练后的听觉语言感达标率、语言交际能力达标率、语音清晰度达标率、训练前后QOL评分、SAS、PI评分、护理满意度。结果相较于对照组患者,观察组患者听觉语言感、语言交际能力、语音清晰度达标率明显更高,对比差异明显(P<0.05);训练前,两组患者QOL评分、SAS评分以及PI评分无明显差异(P>0.05),训练后,相较于对照组患者,观察组QOL评分以及PI评分明显更高,SAS评分明显更低,对比差异明显(P<0.05);相较于对照组患者,观察组患者对护理人员护理的满意度明显更高,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在腭裂术后语音障碍患者的术后康复中,针对患者采取语音训练方式可明显提高患者术后语言清晰度以及交际能力,改善患者的生活质量以及负性心理情绪,提高语言能力,相较于常规护理措施护理满意度更高,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To analyze the effect of speech training for school-age children and adults with speech disorders after cleft palate surgery.Methods Forty-six patients with speech disorders after cleft palate surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were divided into observation group (speech training) and control group (routine nursing),and the target rate of auditory language sense,language communication ability,speech intelligibility and speech intelligibility of the two groups were compared and analyzed after different training QOL score,SAS,PI score,nursing satisfaction before and after training.Results Compared with the control group,the compliance rate of auditory language sense,language communication ability and speech intelligibility in the observation group was significantly higher,with significant statistical difference (P<0.05).Before training,there was no significant difference in QOL score,SAS score and PI score between the two groups (P>0.05).After training,compared with the control group,the QOL score and PI score in the observation group were significantly higher,SAS score was significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with speech disorders after cleft palate surgery,speech training can significantly improve the postoperative language clarity and communication ability of patients,improve the quality of life and negative psychological emotions of patients,and improve the language ability.Compared with conventional nursing measures,nursing satisfaction is higher,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
