摘  要:随着互联网经济的深度发展,企业对行业发展和岗位需求也多种多样。比如对新型营销、电商运营、电商服务、仓储管理人才的需求巨大,而且,企业对岗位要求也呈现出一岗多职、一职多能的综合型特点。顺应市场需求,建设以综合型、一职多能营销型人才的实习实训培养体系,推进产教融合,深化协同育人体制,显得格外重要。因此我们要提高高职市场营销人才的工作素质与职业技能,满足未来变化的商业模式发展,使高职教育人才与未来职业岗位更加匹配,加强校企融合,达到校企间资源与合作能共享、共建、共管、共赢的目的。With the in-depth development of Internet economy,there is a large demand for talents in new marketing,e-commerce operation,e-commerce service and warehouse management.The requests for the post also present the characteristics of one post bearing multi-functions,and one post with multi-skills.To meet the demand of the market,it is important to build the practical training system to train compound marketing talents,promote the integration of industry and education,and deepen the coordinated education system.Therefore,we need to improve the working quality and professional skills of the marketing talents,meet the needs of the future business mode development,make the talents more suitable for the future professional posts,strengthen the integration of schools and enterprises,and achieve the ultimate goal of co-building,co-management,and win-win of the resources and cooperation between schools and enterprises.
