摘  要:该文通过对国内、国外关于食源性肥胖大鼠(diet-induced obesity,DIO)与食源性肥胖抵抗大鼠(diet-induced obesity resistance,DIO-R)的机制及能量代谢差异的最新研究成果进行综述,介绍肥胖大鼠的建模标准,以及当前国内外常用的肥胖大鼠的建模方法,分析肥胖抵抗的原因及其相关的机制,并对未来的肥胖抵抗研究前景进行展望。In this paper,we reviewed the latest research results on the mechanism and energy metabolism differences between diet induced obesity(DIO)and diet induced obesity resistance(DIO-R)rats at home and abroad,and introduced the modeling standards of obese rats and the commonly used modeling methods of obese rats at home and abroad,objective to analyze the causes of obesity resistance and its related mechanisms,and to look forward to the future research prospects of obesity resistance.
