摘  要:目的:探究法式对比组训练对羽毛球女子运动员下肢爆发力的影响。方法:设计为期8周的法式对比组训练与传统力量训练进行干预,采集两组受试者在实验前后的深蹲1RM、30m冲刺、原地垂直纵跳3项测试数据,并进行对比分析。结果:经过8周训练后,两组在30m冲刺、原地垂直纵跳测试中存在显著性差异,实验组提高效果优于对照组。结论:法式对比组独特的组合模式,大负荷练习激活了后激活增强效应,提高了神经系统的兴奋性,神经肌肉间协同能力加强,募集到更多肌纤维参与运动,由此可见,法式对比组训练能够有效提高运动员的下肢爆发力。Objective:To explore the influence of French contrast training on the explosive force of lower limbs of female badminton players.Methods:Design an 8-week French contrast training and traditional strength training intervention,collect the two groups of subjects before and after the experiment squat 1RM,30m sprint,in situ vertical jump three test data,and comparative analysis.Results:After 8 weeks of training,there were significant differences between the two groups in the test of 30 m sprint and vertical jump,and the improvement effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusions:The French contrast group has a unique combination mode.Heavy load training activates the post activation enhancement effect,improves the excitability of the nervous system,strengthens the coordination ability between nerves and muscles,and recruits more muscle fibers to participate in sports.It can be seen that the French contrast group training can effectively improve the explosive power of lower limbs.
