我国学校课余体育训练质量提升的有效路径研究

摘　　要：作为我国体育教学系统的重要组成部分,学校课余体育训练可以促使体育教育者更好地实现体育教学目标,对于学生在体育运动方面的提升有着重大的意义。一方面,通过课余体育训练可以充分发掘学生在体育运动方面的潜能,全面提高学生的专项运动技能水平,增强学生参加体育锻炼的意识;另一方面,在促进学生身体健康水平和培养学生具有崇高的体育精神与健康的生活方式方面,也能产生很大的积极作用。然而,通过对相关资料的分析研究发现,在当前我国学校课余体育训练的实践活动中,仍然存在诸多亟待解决的问题,这些问题对我国学校体育教学水平的整体提升具有十分明显的限制作用。因此,该文针对当前我国学校课余体育训练中普遍存在的一些问题做了详细分析,然后以此为依据提出相应的解决策略,以期能够增强学校和教师对课余体育训练的重视程度,提升课余体育训练的整体效果,从而培养出更多的全面发展的高素质体育人才。As an important part of China's physical education teaching system,school after-school physical training can promote physical education educators to better achieve physical education teaching objectives,which is of great significance to the improvement of students'physical education.On the one hand,after-school physical training can fully explore students'potential in sports,comprehensively improve students'special sports skills and enhance students'awareness of participating in physical exercise.On the other hand,it can also play a very positive role in promoting students'physical health level and cultivating students'high sports spirit and healthy lifestyle.However,through the analysis and research of relevant materials,it is found that there are still many problems to be solved in the current practice of school after-school physical training in China.These problems have a very obvious restrictive effect on the overall improvement of school physical education teaching level in China.Therefore,this paper makes a detailed analysis of some common problems in school after-school sports training in China,and then puts forward corresponding solutions on this basis,in order to enhance the attention of schools and teachers to after-school sports training,improve the overall effect of after-school sports training,and cultivate more comprehensively developed high-quality sports talents.
