摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央站在新的历史起点上深刻分析时代科技发展趋势,结合我国当前发展对创新人才的实际需求,围绕创新人才的选拔、使用、培育等方面提出了许多新思想、新观点、新论断、新要求,形成了习近平新时代创新人才观。主要内容涵括:要有识才的眼光,汇天下英才而选之;要有育才的良方,择天下英才而育之;要有用才的胆量,聚天下英才而用之。破除体制机制障碍,形成尽展其才的创新局面;深入推进教育改革,抓好创新人才培养;加强优化生态环境,营造大胆创新的良好氛围是习近平新时代创新人才观实践路径的三个方面。习近平新时代创新人才观在理论维度、实践维度以及世界维度上都体现出了时代价值。After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core systematically studied the trend of scientific and technological development in the new era by new historical standards,investigated the actual need for innovative talent in China’s current stage of development,and came up with new ideas,theories and requirements for the selection,use and preparation of innovative talent.An outlook on innovative talent for the new era,proposed by Xi Jinping,is in the making.Xi Jinping’s outlook on innovative talent for the new era urges us to identify and select all the talent available to us,prepare all talent so they can play to their potential,and use whatever talent we have available to the fullest extent.We should remove all institutional obstacles so all talent can tap their potential,push through educational reforms so innovative talent are better prepared,and optimize the environment for talent so they can come up with bold innovations.These are three concrete measures we can take to put into practice Xi Jinping’s outlook on innovative talent for the new era.The theory,practice and world dimensions to Xi Jinping’s outlook on innovative talent for the new era all have contemporary value.
