摘 要:为了解叠合梁斜拉桥施工及运营阶段叠合梁的受力性能,以广州市新建洛溪大桥为背景(主跨305 m的叠合梁斜拉桥,桥面板与钢梁通过剪力钉连接)进行研究。采用MIDAS软件建立全桥梁单元模型,对施工以及运营阶段进行模拟,分析全过程结构受力和位移,提取叠合梁段受力最不利工况;采用Abaqus软件建立叠合梁局部梁段精细化模型,分析最不利工况下钢混界面处剪力钉的受力状态。结果表明:桥梁边跨辅助墩墩顶主梁存在较大负弯矩区,在运营阶段边跨辅助墩(5号墩)墩顶负弯矩达30209.6 kN·m;剪力在梁截面横向分配不均匀,钢梁腹板以及加劲肋位置处剪力钉受力相对较大;运营阶段剪力钉出现最大剪力37.1 kN,小于容许值50.1 kN,在施工和运营全过程叠合梁钢混界面剪力钉受力安全。The newly-built Luoxi Bridge in Guangzhou is applied as a case to study the load bearing behavior of the composite girder cable-stayed bridge in construction and service stages.The bridge is a composite girder cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 305 m,and the deck slabs are connected with the steel girder via shear studs.The beam element model of the overall bridge was established by MIDAS to simulate the construction and service stages,analyze the load bearing behavior and displacement of the structure in the whole process,and extract the most adverse load cases of the composite girder.Abaqus was used to establish the refined model of local section of the composite girder to analyze the load bearing behavior of shear studs in the steel-concrete interface under the most unfavorable loading conditions.The results show that large negative moment zones exist in the section of main girder atop auxiliary piers in the side spans,in the service stage,the negative moment zone atop the auxiliary pier(pier No.5)reached 30209.6 kN·m.Due to that shear forces were not uniformly distributed in the cross-section of the main girder in the transverse direction,the shear studs in the webs and stiffeners of the steel girder carried relatively greater forces.The maximum shear force of the shear studs occurred in the service stage,being 37.1 kN,which is less than the allowable value of 50.1 kN,proving that the shear studs in steel-concrete interface of the composite girder are in safe loading condition in both the construction and service stages.
