摘　　要：为提升二级学院教学秘书的工作效能,利用Python语言进行程序设计,以实现大批量自动化群发成绩单邮件。经过测试,该Python程序能够依据学生个人信息表选择相应的电子版成绩单,并以附件的形式通过邮箱自动发送,不仅节省了大量时间而且避免了人工操作失误,实现办公自动化,极大地提升了高校教务工作的效率。In order to improve the work efficiency of the teaching secretary of the second-level college,Python language is used to design the program,so as to realize a large number of automated mass e-mails.After testing,the Python program can select the corresponding electronic transcripts according to the students'personal information table,and send them automatically through the mailbox in the form of attachments,which not only saves a lot of time,but also avoids manual errors,realizes office automation,and greatly improves the efficiency of educational administration in colleges and universities.
