摘　　要：高校二级学院作为办学实体,建立有效的教学质量监控与评价体系是实现人才培养目标的重要保障。随着高校教学管理职能的不断完善,为了实现复合应用型人才培养目标,学院结合专业实际,以认证理念为指导,不断完善现有的教学质量监控与评价体系。该文详细阐述了内蒙古农业大学水利与土木建筑工程学院在多年实践中逐步形成的,以教学评价为主的多层次、全方位、多角度的教学质量监控与评价体系。The secondary college is an entity of universities,and constructing an effective teaching quality monitoring and evaluating system is an important guarantee for achieving talent training goals.With the continuous improvement of teaching management functions,in order to complete the goal of training compound applied talents,considering the actual situation of the major,and taking the certification concept as a guide,the college continuously improves the existing teaching quality monitoring and evaluating system.This paper elaborates the multilevel,all-round,and multi-angle teaching quality monitoring and evaluating system with teaching evaluation as the main content,gradually forming in many years of practice of the College of Water Resources and Civil Engineering of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University.
