摘　　要：目的:探索如何创新医院基层党建工作机制,激发基层党建工作活力,促进学科深度融合。方法:采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法及数理统计方法进行分析研究。结果:医院、科室以及各基层党支部在推进南北学科融合方面实施了一系列举措,取得了一定成效。结论:公立医院基层党建工作机制及其模式建设自觉牵引与服务于学科建设,对充分发挥学科带头人、青年骨干的积极性,增强团队凝聚力、战斗力,促进学科交叉融合,提升学科整体实力以及社会影响力等,具有重要意义。Objective:This study aims to explore the innovating mechanism of grass-roots Party construction in hospitals and strengthen the cohesion of disciplines for activating the vitality in grass-roots Party construction and promoting the deep integration of disciplines.Methods:The methods of literature survey,expert interview,questionnaire investigation,and data analyze were used.Results:The hospital,departments and grassroots Party branches carried out a series of measures to promote the integration of disciplines between the north and south areas,and achieved certain results.Conclusion:There is an automatic traction between grass-roots Party construction and discipline construction in public hospitals,and the grass-roots Party construction can effectively serve the continuous construction of disciplines.The grass-roots Party construction model is of great significance to give full play to the enthusiasm of academic leaders and junior talents,enhancing team cohesion and combat effectiveness,promoting discipline integration,and enhancing the overall strength and social influence of public hospitals.
