摘　　要：毛泽东在加强和改进全国人民的思想理论建设方面,既重视从宏观上对广大人民群众的一般性教育,又特别重视对党员干部、人民军队、农民群众等特殊群体的重点性教育。在干部教育方面,毛泽东提出“政治路线确定之后,干部就是决定的因素”:强调既要注重对领导干部的马克思主义理论教育,又要加强对党员干部的党性教育,还要抓好干部教育的基础性建设。在军队教育方面,毛泽东提出“共产党领导的革命的政治工作是革命军队的生命线”:强调既要坚持党对军队的绝对领导,又要保证全心全意为人民服务是军队的唯一宗旨,还要加强对军队的文化教育。在农民教育方面,毛泽东提出“严重的问题是教育农民”:强调农民是中国革命和建设的主力军,不仅要加强对农民的思想政治教育,也要注重对农民的科学文化教育。Mao Zedong not only attached great importance to the general education of the broad masses of the people from a macro perspective,but also attached special importance to the key education of special groups such as Party members and cadres,the people’s army,and the masses of farmers in strengthening and improving the ideological and theoretical construction of the people of the whole country.Mao Zedong put forward that“after the correct political line is determined,cadres are the decisive factor”in the aspect of cadre education.Mao Zedong stressed that we should not only pay attention to the education of Marxist theory for leading cadres,but also strengthen the education of party spirit for Party members and cadres,and pay attention to the basic construction of cadre education.Mao Zedong put forward that“the revolutionary political work led by the Communist Party is the lifeline of the revolutionary army”.Mao Zedong stressed that we should not only adhere to the party’s absolute leadership over the army,but also ensure that serving the people wholeheartedly is the only purpose of the army.The cultural education of the army should be strengthened as well.Mao Zedong contended that“the serious problem is to educate farmers”in the aspect of farmers’education.Mao Zedong emphasized that the peasants are the main force of Chinese revolution and construction.We should not only strengthen the ideological and political education to the peasants,but also pay attention to the scientific and cultural education to the peasants.
