摘 要:在“大众创业、万众创新”时代背景下,对地方高校学生的创新意识、创业能力提出了更高的要求。为了推进素质教育、提高人才培养质量,为国家培养更多符合时代要求、符合行业发展需要的应用型高技能人才,文章从教学管理制度、实践教学体系、课程建设、多学科交叉融合、师资队伍建设、学科竞赛平台六个方面进行分析,提出构建“三大平台、三个层次”的分层递进实践教学体系以及分阶段递进创新能力培养模式,探索符合学校自身办学特色的人才教育理念及措施,为应用型人才的创新精神、创新意识、创业能力的提升,提供全新的思路和培养途径。经过四年的探索与实践,我院在大学生创新创业训练计划项目、学科竞赛等方面成果显著,学生的创新创业能力得到了有效提升。In the era of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",higher requirements are put forward for the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students in colleges and universities.In order to promote quality education,and improve the quality of personnel training,and cultivate more application-oriented high skilled talents that meet the requirements of the times and meet the needs of industry development for the country,this paper analyses and puts forward the corresponding suggestions from six aspects:the teaching management system,practical teaching system and curriculum construction,interdisciplinary integration,teaching staff construction and discipline competition platform,and proposes to construct a hierarchical progressive practical teaching system of"three platforms and three levels"and a phased progressive innovation ability training mode,and explores the talent education ideas and measures in line with the school's own characteristics,so as to provide new ideas and training ways for the improvement of the innovative spirit,innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial ability of applied talents.After several years of exploration and practice,our college has made remarkable achievements in college students'innovation and entrepreneurship training program and discipline competition,and students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability has been effectively promoted.
