基于OBE理念的工商管理专业人才培养模式研究--以北方工业大学为例

摘　　要：新一代信息技术的蓬勃发展不仅给企业带来了巨大的变化,也为高校提出新的挑战,在众多院校推出大数据管理专业的同时,许多工商管理专业却对自己的定位和改革方向感到困惑。文章基于OBE理念,以北方工业大学为例,从工商管理专业人才岗位需求和能力要求出发,将工商管理专业培养方向仍然定位在市场营销管理、人力资源管理和信息管理与运营三个方向,但需要加强数据分析能力的培养,并运用在方向性课程中作为支撑。依据OBE理念分别设计专业培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系和支撑条件,形成“知识-能力-专业素养”螺旋式强化的人才培养模式。The development of new information technology not only brings great changes to enterprises,but also presents new challenges to colleges and universities.While the specialty of Big Data Management has been launched in many colleges,some majors,like Business Administration,are confused about their positioning and reform direction.Based on the OBE concept,taking the North University of Technology as an example,the study collects employment data and analyzes the requirements of Business Administration Professionals,and then indicates that we should still focus on marketing management,human resource management and information management and operation.However,the students'data analysis ability needs to be strengthened and used as a support in directional courses.According to the OBE concept,the professional training objectives,graduation requirements,curriculum system and supporting conditions are designed,which forms a spiral strengthening talent training mode of"knowledge-ability-professional qualities".
