摘  要:为研究毒死蜱通过氧化性胁迫对斑马鱼抗氧化性体系的影响,本文采用半静态暴露法,以毒死蜱为研究对象,选取斑马鱼为指示生物,将斑马鱼分别暴露于空白对照和0.01,0.1,1μL/L的毒死蜱溶液中,染毒后的7d,14d,21d,28d取样测定毒死蜱对斑马鱼体内蛋白质及MDA,SOD,CAT三种酶活性的毒性效应。结果表明:毒死蜱水溶液浓度的增加,对斑马鱼的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)具有激活作用;对过氧化氢酶(CAT)前两周出现抑制作用,在后两周则出现先抑制后促进的作用;然而对于脂质过氧化(MDA)则没有明显的抑制或促进作用。正常情况下,斑马鱼体内CAT,SOD,MDA三者协调一致,并处在动态平衡状态下,维持自由基在正常水平,毒死蜱破坏了斑马鱼体内的这种平衡,在斑马鱼体内不断积累,进一步影响斑马鱼体内的蛋白质及CAT,SOD,MDA,使其抗氧化性体系受到损伤,对斑马鱼有毒害作用。总之,毒死蜱在斑马鱼体内不断积累,进一步影响斑马鱼体内的蛋白质及MDA,SOD,CAT,使其抗氧化性体系受到损伤,对斑马鱼有毒害作用。To study the effect of Chlorpyrifos on the antioxidant system of Zebrafish through oxidative stress.Semi-static exposure method was taken to determined the toxic effects of Chlorpyrifos on protein,MDA,SOD and CAT in Zebrafish.Chlorpyrifos was selected as the study object,and Zebrafish was selected as the indicator organism.Zebrafish was exposed to blank control and 0.01,0.1,1μL/L of Chlorpyrifos solution,respectively.Samples were determined after contamination for 7d,14d,21d,28d.The results showed that the concentration of Chlorpyrifos in aqueous solution increased with the analysis of experimental data.The activation of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)in Zebrafish;the inhibition of Catalase(CAT)in the first two weeks with the increase of the concentration of chlorpyrifos aqueous solution,and the first two weeks after the inhibition;however,Chlorpyrifos aqueous solution did not significantly inhibit or promote lipid peroxidation(MDA).Under normal conditions,CAT,SOD and MDA were well coordinated in Zebrafish,and in a dynamic equilibrium state,free radicals are maintained at normal levels.Chlorpyrifos destroys this balance in Zebrafish and accumulates continuously in Zebrafish,further affecting the protein in Zebrafish quality and CAT,SOD,MDA,so that its antioxidant system was damaged,which was toxic to Zebrafish.The protein,MDA,SOD and CAT in Zebrafish were further influenced by the accumulation of ticks in Zebrafish.
