摘 要:针对铅锌矿选厂人工简单处理废水带来的水质差、指标不稳定、无法连续回用等问题,设计了一种高效的选矿废水处理自动化系统。根据废水的处理方法为沉淀—石灰中和法—曝气法工艺,采用了先进的自动化集成系统,并通过多种算法优化各项环节的PID控制系统,使选矿废水稳定达到废水排放指标,最后,设计整体的自动化监控系统软件,提升废水处理的管理水平,实现回收矿物及循环利用水资源。以某铅锌矿选矿为例进行工程应用,结果表明,废水处理过程全面自动化的工程应用,降低人力成本,出水水质达标,为矿山实现了水的循环使用,保证了生产的稳定。Aiming at the problems of poor water quality,unstable index and unable to be reused continuously caused by simple manual treatment of wastewater in lead-zinc mine concentrator,an efficient automatic system for mineral processing wastewater treatment was designed.According to the wastewater treatment method of sedimentation lime neutralization aeration process,the advanced automatic integrated system is adopted,and the PID control effect of each link is optimized through a variety of algorithms to make the beneficiation wastewater reach the wastewater discharge index.Finally,the overall automatic monitoring system software is designed to improve wastewater treatment management level of wastewater treatment and realize the recovery of minerals and recycling of water resources.Taking the beneficiation of a lead-zinc mine as an example,the results show that the engineering application of comprehensive automation of wastewater treatment process reduces the labor cost,the effluent quality meets the standard,realizes the recycling of water for the mine and ensures the stability of production.
