增强职业技术教育适应性的适配理论研究

摘　　要：增强职业技术教育适应性开启了“适应教育”研究的新论域。适应教育研究需要适配理论指导。通过追问适配理论研究的价值,即适配理论是职业教育适应性的理论根基,适配理论是职业教育补短板的本真理论,适配理论是指导职业教育发展的引领理论,确认职业教育适配理论研究的主要内容包括需求适配、类型适配、体系适配和教与学适配等;并提出了适配理论建构应注意的问题,即内外适配的均衡性、理实适配的有效性以及理论自适的创新性。Enhancing the adaptability of vocational and technical education opens a new domain of"adaptive education".Adaptive education research needs the guidance of adaptive theory.By questioning the value of adaptation theory research,that is,adaptation theory is the theoretical foundation of vocational education adaptability,adaptation theory is the real theory of vocational education to make up for shortcomings,and ad⁃aptation theory is the leading theory to guide the development of vocational education,it is confirmed that the main contents of vocational education adaptation theory research include demand adaptation,type adaptation,system adaptation,teaching and learning adaptation,etc,It also puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the construction of adaptation theory,that is,the balance of internal and external adapta⁃tion,the effectiveness of theoretical and practical adaptation,and the innovation of theoretical self⁃adaptation.
