摘　　要：职业教育的适应性难题表现为职业教育对于经济社会的结构性嵌入,追求内部稳定性的力量始终在制衡职业教育适应性的发挥。突破困境的办法是从结构嵌入走向关系嵌入,按照复杂适应性系统理论和奥斯特罗姆适应性治理理论的要求重构产教关系和治理架构,形成中国特色的职业教育适应性治理。The adaptability problem of vocational education is manifested in the structural embedding of Vo⁃cational Education in economy and society.The power of pursuing internal stability is always checking and balancing the exertion of the adaptability of vocational education.The way to break through the dilemma is to move from structural embeddedness to relational embeddedness,reconstruct the relationship between industry and education and governance structure according to the requirements of complex adaptive system theory and Ostrom adaptive governance theory,and form the adaptive governance of vocational education with Chinese characteristics.
