摘 要:为了探明粉末涂料涂层起霜因素,采用同一款双官能团树脂(内含羧基和羟基2种官能团)搭配三缩水甘油基异氰尿酸酯(TGIC)、β-羟烷基酰胺(HAA)、环氧树脂(E12)和异氰酸酯(B1530)制备粉末涂料,研究固化剂种类及其组合对涂层抗起霜性能的影响。将涂层置于烘箱中在不同温度和时间下进行烘烤实验,以保光率作为评判涂层起霜程度的依据,使用红外光谱和飞行时间质谱对"白霜"进行分析。结果表明:涂料固化时,较慢的固化速度和较低的涂层交联密度有利于涂料中的小分子及时排出,减少小分子在涂层中的残留量;增加涂层的交联密度有利于包覆涂层中残留的小分子,改善余热作用下的起霜现象,初步实验结果显示温度>120℃时"白霜"从涂料中迁移至涂层表面的程度显著增加,温度>160℃后"白霜"易于从涂层表面脱附。In order to explore the factor that may cause the blooming phenomenon,thebifunctional(OH group and COOH group)polyester resin was used to produce powder coatings withdifferent curing agent,such as triglycidyl isocyanurate(TGIC),β-hydroxyalkylamide(HAA),isocyanate(B1530)and epoxy(E12). The effect of curing angent and composition on theblooming were discussed. The coatings was tested in a baking oven at various bakingtemperatures and time,and the gloss retention was used to assess blooming properties. TheFTIR and MALDI-TOF were used to analyze the oligomer substance that caused blooming.The results showed that the oligomer substance was easy to be desorbed from the film underlower curing speed and crosslinking density,but higher crosslinking density was good forcoating the oligomer,therefore to help improve the blooming phenomenon caused by residualheat. The oligomer substance was easy to migrate to the surface to enhance the bloomingphenomenon when the substrate temperature was over 120 ℃,but the blooming material waseasy to be desorbed from the surface when the temperature was over 160 ℃.
