摘　　要：后现代主义转向下,城乡连接呈现新的特点。文章以有机食品生产与消费为切入点,剖析城乡新连接的特征与机制。研究发现食物消费带来的城乡新连接可被视为一种集合的状态,具有连接主体的多元性、动态性和权力关系的非决定性特征。城乡新连接具体表现为加深了功能连接和生态连接,新增了社会连接和道德连接,多维连接关系相互交织,总体上呈现物质空间的重叠、城乡距离的拉近等特征。城乡新连接由新的空间媒介和主体促成,以有机食品供求关系为基础,是食物消费结构变化与价值认同触发,乡村新生产模式推动,并由多重网络支撑共同作用下的一个动态性循环过程。文章揭示了城市与乡村空间连接中的社会关系建构与文化道德价值嵌入,展示了以食物为纽带的城乡融合发展的实践内涵。Under the turn of postmodernism,there are new features of urban-rural connection which can be examined from the lens of production and consumption of organic food.This article aims to find what features might present and how do they occur.The new connection between urban and rural area can be viewed as a state of assemblage involving diversified and dynamic actors and their indecisive power relations.Specifically,it can be summarized primarily into four major dimensions including functional and ecological connection deepened,social and moral connection added,all of which are intertwined.This means that urban and rural space overlap physically and also contribute to closing their proximity emotionally.The new connection,based on the relation between supply and demand of organic food,shows a dynamic loop pulled by changes of food consumption patterns,pushed by new production mode occurring in rural area,and supported by communicational and social network.The article reveals the construction of social relations and the embedding of cultural and moral values in the connection of urban and rural spaces,and demonstrates the practical connotation of the integration of urban and rural development with food as a link.
