论国际合作出版英文学术期刊专有出版权的重要性:从著作权许可谈起

摘　　要：我国期刊的著作权许可尚未成熟。在深度融入世界出版格局和专有出版权的影响下,国际合作出版英文学术期刊的著作权贸易将会更加复杂。文章介绍了国际著作权贸易的通行办法,论述了合作出版的英文期刊处理著作权许可时特有的问题,论证了专有出版权的重要性,旨在为中国期刊出版方优化国际合作模式提供参考。The copyright licensing industry of Chinese journals is not yet mature. However, against the backdrop of growing publishing globalization and under the influence of exclusive publishing rights,issues such as copyright trading will become more complex. This paper summarizes the current practices of copyright trading for world-class English language journals,disusses the unique problems encountered by co-published English language journals in dealing with copyright licensing,demonstrates the importance of exclusive publishing rights for the publishing industry,and puts forward some suggestions to Chinese journals optimizing their co-publishing modes.
