摘　　要：针对当前传统乡村面貌衰败,自发新建乡村面貌杂乱等现象,采用资料收集、居民访谈、建筑测绘等方法,探讨民居多元化发展的生成机制,在理性原则对乡村民居约束基础上,引入并完善非理性原则内涵,梳理乡村动态地域演化过程,分析地域共性约束与多元个性开放两者套叠在民居自发演进中的作用机制,挖掘套叠作用背后的深层诱因,为乡村建设和村镇治理提供理论和方法借鉴。In response to the phenomena that rural dwellings in various locations show a trend of disorderly development rather than preserving local traditions,this study adopts a range of methods,including data collection,resident interviews,and building survey,to understand the mechanism behind it.In addition to the constraint on rural dwellings based on the principle of rationality,the principle of irrationality is introduced,the local evolution of countryside was summarised.The mechanism behind the similarity and diversity that appear simultaneously in rural residences is analysed,providing theoretical and methodological reference for rural construction and governance.
