摘　　要：针对海军航空兵急需模拟器维护人才而无相关专业的现状,分析模拟器维护与管理的专业特点和培训对象的特点,提出任职教育下的短训班教学设计原则,并据此将培训内容分为政治理论、装备维修管理、任职岗位、组训管理共四个模块,完成教学内容设计,收到良好的教学效果。In view of the current situation that Navy Aviation urgently needs simulator maintenance personnel but has no relevant specialty,the specialty characteristics of simulator maintenance and management and the characteristics of training objects are analyzed in this paper.The teaching design principles of short training class under the post education is put forward.Accordingly,the training content is divided into four modules:political theory,equipment maintenance management,post courses and training management.The practice shows that the teaching effect is good.
