摘 要:剪切增稠液(STF)是一种新型智能材料,表现出“幂律”粘度与可变阻尼的特性。文中采用分散相为二氧化硅的纳米材料,配置相应的剪切增稠液,并测试其稳态和动态性能。由于动态测试中的储能模量及耗能模量与STF材料的损耗因子有关,因此通过损耗因子可确定其可变阻尼的数值大小,进而将STF材料与钢梁相结合,构建出一种既能做结构构件又兼具耗能的组合构件。与此同时,鉴于现有的STF本构模型的复杂性,进行STF组合钢梁的仿真模拟时,将STF简化为微小弹簧单元体,通过为弹簧单元体的参数设置,来达到合理的模拟效果,最后提出构件减振耗能的有效阻尼参数,为工程设计提供理论基础。Shear thickening fluid(STF)is a new type of smart material,which is characterized by a non-linear change in viscosity with the change of shear rate.Some stages show a"power law"growth trend,and show a variable damping characteristic.In this paper,dispersed phase is used as nano-silica,the particle size is 20nm,and the dispersion medium is PEG200,a shear thickening solution is prepared,and its steady-state and dynamic properties are tested.The storage and dissipation modulus in the dynamic test are related to the loss factor of the STF material,and the value of the variable damping is determined by the loss factor.Furthermore,STF materials and steel beams are combined to construct a composite member that can be used as a structural member and also consumes energy.In view of the complexity of the existing STF constitutive model,when the STF composite steel beam is simulated,the STF is simplified into a tiny spring element body,by setting the parameters of the spring element body,a reasonable simulation effect is achieved,and effective damping parameters for the vibration and energy consumption of components are proposed to provide a theoretical basis for engineering design.
