摘  要:针对实验电炉温度控制自动化程度低,精度不够的情况,提出用加装EM AM06模拟量扩展模块的S7-200SMART PLC为硬件,采用PID控制方式控制温度的新型实验电炉控制系统。系统运行过程中,由温度变送器通过模拟量扩展模块将温度信号转换为电信号传送至PLC,PLC用PID控制算法计算,得出控制量,控制温度按给定温度曲线变化。该系统还加装人机界面,使操作更简单,应用价值较高。Aiming at the low degree of automation and insufficient precision of the temperature control of the experimental electric furnace,a new type of experimental electric furnace control system is proposed that uses the S7-200SMART PLC equipped with the EM AM06 analog expansion module as the hardware and adopts the PID control method to control the temperature.During the operation of the system,the temperature transmitter converts the temperature signal into an electrical signal through the analog expansion module and sends it to the PLC,the PLC uses the PID control algorithm to calculate the control value,and the control temperature changes according to a given temperature curve.The system is also equipped with a man-machine interface,which makes the operation easier and has a higher application value.
