“三全育人”理念下高校课余体育实践育人模式研究  

A Research on the Extracurricular Sports Practice Talent-cultivating Model in Colleges and Universities Based on the Concept of“Education by All Members,Overall Process and Comprehensiveness”

摘　　要：育人是一项系统工程,需要全员、全程、全方位育人力量的共同参与。体育作为对学生身心健康进行全面培养的重要课程,是学校教育工作中不可缺少的部分,而课余实践作为高校体育课堂的有益补充,在“三全育人”的人才培养模式中也发挥了重要的作用。基于此,对高校课余体育实践育人功能进行分析,融合体育教学,构建体育思政大格局;创建体育思政育人的实践平台;充分运用课余体育竞赛提升大学生的综合职业素养三个方面提出“三全育人”理念下高校课余体育实践的育人模式。The talent cultivation is a systematic project,which needs the participation of all members into the overall process with the all-round education forces.Physical education,as an important course for the comprehensive cultivation of students’physical and mental health,is an indispensable part of school education.As a beneficial supplement to the physical education courses in colleges and universities,extracurricul ar sports practice also plays an important role in the talent training mode of“education by all members,overall process and comprehensiveness”.As far as the talent training mode is concerned,the extracurricular sports practice talent-cultivating model in colleges and universities based on the concept of“education by all Members,overall process and comprehensiveness”is put forward from the following three perspectives:analyzing the extracurricular sports practice talent-cultivating functions in colleges and universities so as to integrate physical education teaching practice and design a general layout of physical education with the ideological and political education pattern;establishing the practice platform of physical education with the ideological and political education pattern;making full use of extracurricular sports competitions to improve the students’comprehensive professional qualities in colleges and universities.
