粤港澳大湾区建设背景下广东高职生创业意向影响因素实证分析——基于广东省1365名高职生样本的调查

摘　　要：采用问卷调查,以广东高职在校生为研究对象,探讨在粤港澳大湾区建设背景下教育相关因素对广东高职生创业意向的影响。结果表明,广东高职生创业意向不受性别、专业类型、家庭经济状况等个人背景因素的影响;不同年级对高职生创业意向的影响不同;周边环境中亲戚或高中好友的创业经历显著影响高职生的创业意向;家人朋友等身边重要成员对创业的态度、大学生对创业扶持政策的熟悉程度以及高职院校创业教育课程的开设均显著影响创业意向;本人实习、兼职、学生干部工作经历均会促进高职生创业意识的增强。基于此,对政府创业扶持政策和高校创业教育提出了相关对策与建议。This paper probes into the factors that influence Guangdong vocational college students’entrepreneurial intention and their correlation under the background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay area using a questionnaire.The result indicates that Guangdong vocational college students’entrepreneurial intention is not influenced by personal background,such as gender,specialty,family economic status,etc.However,different grades have different influence on college students’entrepreneurial intention.The entrepreneurial experience of relatives or good friends has significant impact on vocational college students’entrepreneurial intention.The attitude of important members towards entrepreneurship,the familiarity of college students with entrepreneurial support policies,and the establishment of entrepreneurial education courses in higher vocational colleges all significantly affect entrepreneurial intentions;The work experience of internship,part-time job or student leader will promote vocational college students’entrepreneurial intention.Based on the research result,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for government entrepreneurship support policies and college entrepreneurship education.
