中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡患者的临床疗效。方法120例复发性口腔溃疡患者,随机分为实验组及对照组,各60例。实验组患者应用中西医结合治疗,对照组患者采用西医治疗。比较两组患者的满意度、复发时间、愈合时间以及治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的复发时间(9.72±0.45)个月明显长于对照组的(4.43±1.21)个月,愈合时间(3.87±1.06)d明显短于对照组的(8.12±1.32)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的满意度为93.33%明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合的方法治疗复发性口腔溃疡恢复较快且复发率较低,患者的满意度也比较高,达到了较高的临床治疗效果,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with recurrent oral ulcer.Methods A total of 120 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and the control group was treated with western medicine.The satisfaction,recurrence time,healing time,and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was obviously higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence time(9.72±0.45)months in the experimental group was significantly longer than(4.43±1.21)months in the control group,and the healing time(3.87±1.06)d was significantly shorter than(8.12±1.32)d in the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 93.33%obviously higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant clinical effect on the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer,with low recurrence rate and high satisfaction degree,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
