后牙牙体缺损根管治疗后全冠与瓷睿刻高嵌体修复的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探究后牙牙体缺损根管治疗(RCT)后全冠与瓷睿刻(CEREC)高嵌体修复的效果。方法120例后牙牙体缺损根管治疗后患者,根据修复方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组采用瓷睿刻高嵌体修复,对照组采用全冠修复。比较两组患者的口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP)评分、生活质量、临床疗效、治疗满意度。结果修复后,观察组患者身体障碍、心理不适、功能限制、社会功能障碍、生理疼痛、躯体能力障碍、心理障碍评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后,观察组患者社会、躯体、环境、心理、综合评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意率为98.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对后牙牙体缺损根管治疗后患者,通过采用瓷睿刻高嵌体修复能够恢复良好的咬合及邻接关系,由于其磨除牙体组织少,增加剩余牙体组织抗力,椅旁操作时间短,提高了患者就诊舒适度及满意度,临床应用价值较高。Objective To investigate the effect of full crown and CEREC onlays on restoration of posterior dental defects after root canal treatment(RCT).Methods A total of 120 patients with posterior tooth defects after posterior root canal treatment were divided into observation group and control group according to different restoration methods,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group received CEREC onlays restoration,and the control group received full crown restoration.The oral health impact scale(OHIP)scores,quality of life,clinical efficacy,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After restoration,the scores of physical impairment,psychological discomfort,functional limitation,social dysfunction,physical pain,somatic ability impairment,and psychological impairment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After restoration,patients in the observation group had higher social,somatic,environmental,psychological,and overall scores than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 98.33%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 98.33%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The occlusal and adjacency relations can be recovered by using CEREC onlays restoration in patients with posterior tooth defects after root canal treatment.The clinical application is high due to its low abrasion of dental tissues,increased resistance of remaining dental tissues,short chairside operation time,and improved patient comfort and satisfaction.
