摘　　要：为保证临床研究学术论文的真实性和科学性,医学伦理审查是重中之重,但是目前医院、医学院校、科研院所和医学期刊编辑部对于医学伦理审查仍然不够重视,伦理问题仍然较为突出。本文将从医院、医学院校、科研人员和医学期刊编辑部等几方面对医学伦理审查方面存在的问题和改进措施进行综述。Medical ethics review is very important to ensure the authenticity and scientificity of clinical research academic papers.However,the current ethical problems are still serious,because many hospitals,medical schools,scientific research institutes,and medical journal editorial departments still do not pay enough attention to medical ethics review.This article summarizes the problems and improvement measures in medical ethics review from hospitals and medical schools,scientific researcher,and medical journal editors.
