摘　　要：现阶段随着我国信息技术水平的不断提升,我国交通运输业也开始向着现代化的方向进行发展,其智慧交通的建设也在不断的进步和完善之中。以上情况使得我国的交通运输行业需要较多的具有专业技能和职业精神的高素质人才。本文基于这一观点,先简单说明工匠精神对于高职院校的交通运营管理专业教学的重要作用,然后重点阐述基于工匠精神的高职交通运营管理专业学生职业素养的培养策略研究。At this stage,with the continuous improvement of China's information technology,China's transportation industry has also begun to develop in the direction of modernization,and its smart transportation construction is also in continuous progress and improvement.The above situation makes the transportation industry need more high-quality talents with professional skills and professionalism.Based on this,this article first briefly explains the important role of craftsmanship in the teaching of traffic operation management in higher vocational colleges,and then focuses on the research on the training strategy of the professionalism of traffic operation management students in higher vocational schools based on the craftsmanship.
