乳房外型尺寸与湖羊泌乳性能的相关性分析

摘　　要：乳房外型尺寸对泌乳家畜的泌乳性能影响较大,在羊上可通过乳房的外型初步判定来预测其泌乳性能。为探讨乳房外型尺寸与湖羊泌乳性能的关系,选择体型好、乳房外型较大、两侧乳房匀称、没有乳房炎的产羔母羊作为试验组,以随机选择的经产湖羊作为对照组,对湖羊母羊乳房的深度、高度、宽度、乳头长度和乳头间距进行了测量,对两组母羊7~56 d泌乳量定期进行测定,并分析羊乳中乳脂、乳蛋白、乳糖和无脂固形物含量等乳成分指标。结果表明:试验组母羊乳房深度、高度、宽度和乳头间距均显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)高于对照组;与对照组相比较,试验组7~56 d总泌乳量极显著提高了32.19%(P<0.01);单羔组中试验组与对照组总泌乳量差异不显著(P>0.05),但是多羔组中试验组总泌乳量较对照组显著提高了31.53%(P<0.05);催乳素含量表现为试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但其与产奶量无显著相关性(P>0.05);乳品质中乳脂、乳蛋白、乳糖和无脂固形物含量在试验组与对照组差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综合说明,湖羊母羊乳房外型的选择,对乳品质无显著影响(P>0.05),但能够极显著影响泌乳量(P<0.01)。The appearance size of the breast has a great influence on the lactation performance of lactating livestock,so we can predict the lactation performance by the preliminary determination of the appearance size of the breast in sheep.In order to explore the relationship between the appearance size of the breast and lactation performance of Hu sheep,lambing ewes with good body size,larger breasts,symmetrical breasts on both sides,and no mastitis were selected as the experimental group,and the pluriparousewes were selected randomly as the control group.The udder depth,height,width,nipple length and nipple distance of the Hu sheep ewes were measured,the lactation yield of the two groups of ewes was measured regularly for 7 to 56 days,and indicators such as the milk fat,milk protein,and lactose and fat free solid contents in the milk were analyzed.The results showed that the depth,height,width,and nipple spacing of the ewes in the experimental group were significantly(P<0.05)or extremely significantly(P<0.01)higher than those in the control group.Compared with the control group,the total lactation yield was extremely significantly increased by 32.19%(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in total lactation yield between experimental group and control group in single lamb group(P>0.05),but the total lactation yield of experimental group in multiple lamb group was significantly increased by 31.53%compared to control group(P<0.05).Prolactin content in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),but it had no significant correlation with lactation yield(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in milk fat,milk protein,lactose and fatfree solid contents between the experimental group and control group(P>0.05).Comprehensively,the selection of appearance size of the breast had no significant effect on milk quality(P>0.05),but could significantly affect lactation yield(P<0.01).
