摘  要:当前虚拟仿真教学蓬勃发展,但其存在着教学成本高、教师力量相对薄弱、学生管理难度大、地区发展不平衡等问题,且疫情影响了集体学习。我们利用SWOT方法分析了在综合性大学附属某医院外科开展虚拟仿真本科生教学的内部能力和外部因素,并提出了具体的应对策略——传承百年名院“3H”(Heart/Head/Hand)理念,基于数据整合教学资源及学科交叉融合促进课程改革,促进自主研发,形成师生互联的教学和管理网络,驱动教师团队信息化步伐,引入多种学习方法创建线上线下智慧型学习生态,以培养学生自主和团队学习能力,提高教师数字化管理和有效反馈能力,实现围绕虚拟仿真教学方法的课程体系,努力打造“金课”,构建“5G”虚拟仿真系统医联体来发展远程教学,为我国进一步普及和深化医学教育信息化改革提供经验借鉴。Nowadays,virtual simulation teaching is booming.However,there are some problems in virtual simulation teaching,such as high teaching cost,lack of teachers,difficulty in student management,unbalanced regional development,and the epidemic affects collective learning.We have analyzed the internal factors and external factors of virtual simulation teaching on surgical undergraduate students in an affiliated hospital of a comprehensive university at the background of post-epidemic of COVID-19,and have proposed specific strategies based on the SWOT method:To inherit“3H”(Heart/Head/Hand)concept from our famous centenary hospital,integration of teaching resources with data and interdisciplinary integration to promote curriculum reform,to promote independent research and development,to form a teaching and management network with teachers and students interconnected,to drive the pace of teachers’team informationization,to improve teachers’digital management and effective feedback ability,to create online and offline intelligent learning ecology by introducing various learning methods,in order to cultivate students’autonomous and team learning ability,to achieve the curriculum system around the virtual simulation teaching method,and strive to create“golden class”,and to build“5G”virtual simulation system to develop remote education,so as to provide experiences for further popularization and deepening of the informationization reform of the medical education in China.
