摘 要:目的探讨持续的疫情防控背景下翻转课堂+课堂直播的教学模式在儿童血液系统疾病见习课中的效果。方法选取西安交通大学医学院2016级317名学生作为研究对象。将学生分为实验组和对照组,针对儿童血液系统疾病见习课教学分别采用“翻转课堂+视频直播”模式和“传统课堂+视频直播”模式。见习结束后通过阶段性测试和教学满意度调查评估教学效果。结果实验组学生的阶段性测试成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组学生教学满意度调查各项指标占比均明显高于对照组。结论在儿童血液系统疾病见习教学中使用“翻转课堂+课堂直播”的教学模式可以提高教学效果,在持续疫情防控背景下,该模式值得推广和应用。Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom+live class teaching mode in children’s blood system diseases trainee class under the background of continuous epidemic prevention and control.Methods A total of 317 students from the School of Medicine of Xi’an Jiaotong University of grade 2016 were selected as the research subjects.The students were divided into the experimental group and the control group.For the Practice class of children’s hematological diseases,the mode of flipped classroom+live video,and the mode of traditional classroom+live video are adopted respectively.After the internship,the teaching effect was evaluated through segmental test and teaching satisfaction survey.Results The test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of each index in the teaching satisfaction survey of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion The teaching mode of flipped classroom+live class can improve the teaching effect in the probation teaching of children’s blood system diseases.Under the background of continuous epidemic prevention and control,this mode is worthy of promotion and application.
