荆花胃康胶丸联合标准四联疗法对Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:评价荆花胃康胶丸联合标准四联疗法对于Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者(脾胃湿热证)的临床疗效。方法:选取77例西医诊断为Hp相关性慢性胃炎且经中医辨证为脾胃湿热证的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(38例)和实验组(39例)。对照组给予奥美拉唑钠肠溶片+枸橼酸铋钾胶囊+阿莫西林胶囊+克拉霉素片的标准四联疗法,实验组在此基础上给予荆花胃康胶丸口服,2组疗程均为14 d。在治疗结束后观察比较2组的Hp根除率、临床症状缓解程度和不良反应的发生情况。结果:2组患者在总Hp根除率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但亚组分析表明,实验组中痞满亚组的Hp根除率为100%,高于对照组的92%(P>0.05)。在临床症状缓解程度方面,实验组在治疗后的证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且对于上腹胀、口臭、纳差及口苦4个单项症状的改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在根除Hp的常规四联疗法中加用荆花胃康胶丸对于Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者具有一定的增效作用,可以显著改善患者的临床症状,尤其是在上腹胀、纳差及口苦、口臭方面疗效明显。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Jinghua Weikang Capsule combined with standard quadruple therapy on patients with chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori(syndrome of dampness-heat in spleen and stomach).Methods:Seventy-seven patients diagnosed as Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis by Western medicine and diagnosed as dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach by Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=38)and experimental group(n=39).The control group was given omeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets+bismuth potassium citrate capsules+amoxicillin capsules+clarithromycin tablets for 14 days,and the treatment group was given Jinghua Weikang Capsule combined with quadruplex therapy for 14 days.At the end of treatment,the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori,the remission degree of clinical symptoms and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were evaluated.Results:There was no significant difference in the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori between the two groups(P>0.05),but the subgroup analysis showed that the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in Piman group was 100%,which was higher than that in the control group(92%,P>0.05).In terms of the degree of clinical symptom remission,the syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The improvement of the four single symptoms including upper abdominal distension,halitosis,poor tolerance and mouth bitterness was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding Jinghua Weikang Capsule to the conventional quadruple therapy to eradicate Helicobacter pylori has a synergism effect on patients with Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,especially in the aspects of upper abdominal distension,poor tole
