摘 要:为了开发新型栽培原料,降低杏鲍菇生产成本,分别以桑枝木屑、葡萄枝木屑为材料,各设置5个不同的杏鲍菇栽培配方,进行菌丝生长速度、生物学效率、子实体农艺性状的比较分析。结果表明,桑枝木屑、葡萄枝木屑不仅可以替代杨木屑、甘蔗渣用于杏鲍菇的栽培,而且添加适当比例的桑枝木屑、葡萄枝木屑可以促进菌丝的生长和子实体产量的提高。添加桑枝木屑的杏鲍菇最佳栽培配方为,甘蔗渣21%、桑枝木屑21%、麦麸18.4%、豆粕粉8.4%、玉米芯18.4%、棉籽壳4%、玉米粉6.8%、石灰1%、石膏1%,生物学效率较常用配方提高10.1%。添加葡萄枝木屑的杏鲍菇优异配方为,甜菜渣10%、葡萄枝木屑40%、麦麸13.8%、豆粕粉5%、玉米芯18.4%、棉籽壳4%、玉米粉6.8%、石灰1%、石膏1%,生物学效率较常用配方提高21.8%。In order to develop new cultivation materials and reduce the production cost of Pleurotus eryngii, 5 different P. eryngii cultivation formulas were set up with mulberry branch sawdust and grape branch sawdust as materials, and the mycelium growth speed, biological efficiency, and physical agronomic traits of fruiting body were compared and analyzed. The results showed that mulberry branch sawdust and grape branch sawdust could not only replace poplar sawdust and bagasse for the cultivation of P. eryngii, but also the addition of mulberry branch sawdust and grape branch sawdust could promote the growth of mycelium and increase the yield of fruiting bodies. The best cultivation formula of P. eryngii with mulberry branch sawdust was:21% bagasse, 21% mulberry branch sawdust, 18.4% wheat bran, 8.4% soybean meal powder, 18.4% corn cob, 4% cottonseed husk, 6.8% corn flour, 1% lime and 1% gypsum, the biological efficiency was: 10.1% higher than the commonly used formula.The excellent formula of P. eryngii with grape branch sawdust was, 10% beet residue, 40% grape branch sawdust, 13.8% wheat bran, 5% soybean meal flour, 18.4% corn cob, 4% cotton seed husk, 6.8% corn flour, 1% lime and 1% gypsum, the biological efficiency was 21.8% higher than the commonly used formula.
